Adaptive health concept connecting work, training, nutrition, sleep, recovery and mindset. Accepted to Phase 1 of Misk Launchpad 10.0. Currently focused on customer discovery and validation, with a planned manual pilot before expanding automation.
Context
Health, work, training, sleep and recovery data are usually viewed in separate tools without enough personal context.
Problem
People receive more metrics than decisions, while organizations struggle to translate longitudinal signals into responsible support.

What I built
A product concept and early technical foundation connecting multiple health and behavior domains around contextual decision support.
Data or evidence used
Customer-discovery work through Misk Launchpad and research across personal health data, behavior and AI-assisted decision support.
Limitations
The planned four-week manual pilot has not yet been completed. Product value and automation assumptions remain under validation.
Next validation step
Run the manual pilot, evaluate user decisions and failure modes, then decide which capabilities deserve automation.
